What is a “Fly Nerd”?

The term "nerd" usually has a negative connotation.The term "fly" is a slang term to describe something cool or stylish. A "fly nerd" is someone who embraces their weirdness and quirks. They are confident in who they are and what they like despite what others may think.

Is there a Fly Nerd Apparel brick & mortar store?

No, unfortunately, there is not a storefront. 

Where can I shop Fly Nerd in person?

You can shop with us at our upcoming vending events. They are listed on our Events page.

I live in Baltimore. Can I meet you to pick up my order?

I do not offer drop off/pick up as an option for delivery. You can shop online or meet us a Pop Up Shop.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping for orders in the US takes 8-10 business days from the time your order is received. Once shipped, shipping time is between 1-3 days for US orders. During the holidays and times of high demand, orders will take up to 10-15 business days to ship.

8-10 business days seems like a long time. Why does the processing take so long?

Most orders are screen printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

For international shipping inquiries and rates, email flynerdapparel@gmail.com.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be back soon?

If something is sold out, it will be back. Since, I offer a number of items CONTACT ME to inquire about a particular item.

What type of printing process do you use?

I use mainly screen printing with water based non-toxic ink.

Will the designs fade?

Some of the prints will fade after being washed. For best care, follow the care instructions on the tag on each shirt. For THEE best care, hang dry your t-shirts after washing.

What is your return policy?

If you received a defective item or are unsatisfied with your order,  I will replace the item for you or offer a refund. The request for a replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date.

My shirt does not fit. Can I exchange it for another size?

If you received your item and need to exchange for a different size, I will be happy to process an exchange for the size you need. The original item must be unworn and unwashed. The request for an exchange must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date.

I entered the wrong address with my order. What should I do?

Email flynerdapparel@gmail.com with the correct address as soon as you are able. There is window of time before your order ships to make changes. But once your order has shipped, I CANNOT change the address and am not responsible for items sent to the wrong address. Please make sure to confirm all order details are correct prior to submitting the order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

I ask that you email flynerdapparel@gmail.com within 2-3 days after placing your order if you wish to cancel your order. After that time, your order begins to be processed. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order.
